We will begin by doing a thorough evaluation of work required, and then develop a set of objectives, procedures and guidelines that become the framework of our service agreement. Part of that agreement is routine inspections which are required to be completed every week. Additional Quality Assurance inspections will be carried out on a random, unannounced basis, to further ensure the quality completion of every task. We will use a series of quality control checklists, created exclusively for each client’s scope of work, frequency and tasks to be accomplished.
